Manufacturing method of mr nh4scn:
Dissolve industrial ammonium thiocyanate in an appropriate amount of water, heat to 60 degree , and then add appropriate amounts (calculated based on the amount of impurities in the raw material) of barium sulfide, ammonium hydroxide (relative density 0.91), and barium hydroxide to remove heavy metal ions and SO42- ions. Let it settle and clarify, pour out the clear liquid, add a small amount of ammonia water and a small amount of activated carbon, evaporate at 60 degree until the relative density reaches 1.15, filter, stir and cool to crystallize, and then filter. Crystallization is dissolved in a small amount of distilled water at 60 degree . The solution is routinely tested for SO42 and Ba2+(if the content does not meet the requirements, barium hydroxide or ammonium sulfate is added according to the calculated amount, and a small amount of activated carbon is added). After meeting the requirements, the crystallization is filtered, cooled, and filtered at 60 degree , washed with a small amount of distilled water, and finally dried at 30-40 degree to obtain analytically pure ammonium thiocyanate.
